got a few passes on blower at kk friday

Well I got 2 passes in a Friday nights lights and was pretty happy, just posting to see what others thought. thanks

pass 1

1.70 60 ft 7.16 @ 102.37 1/8 mile
11.06 @118.9 1/4 mile

pass 2
1.65 60 ft 6.96 @102.60 1/8 mile
10.78 @128.9 1/4 mile

this was on blower only, 6 speed with irs and 275/50/15 m/t drag radials.
just figured id share to see what others thought of the results. I let off alittle early on the first pass, wasn't sure were the end was. lol

stock 102k mile motor ported eaton, upper and lower pulley, bbk headers 80lb inj, fuel system and e-85. nothing high dollar.

Sounds like the car is setup very good with an awesome driver mod. Congrats. Im guessing you did some grinding on the rear brakes to get the 15's to fit? What else is done to the irs. If you don't want to post it you can pm me to keep it private. Im on the fence about it. I want to leave hard but I don't know if the irs/halfshafts can take that kind of abuse.

nothing to hide its 100% stock rear with a brace and I custom made the rear tie rods from chrome moly hyme joints. and gound rear calipers. I have a sa waiting to go in. on the blower no its off a buddys car that went turbo but made same power I did on 93.

Awesome runs Steve. I remember back when the orange car was running 6s and I thought it was a track monster, now you're doing it with a car you drive all over the state with a stock longblock, IRS, drag radials, A/C, cruise, power everything, etc lol

I'm running the same blower as you with a 2.8 pulley.I've been going back and forth about putting a lower on it or a 2.65 upper. Not sure what else you have done, your mph and 1/4 is way better than mine.

That trap speed is awesome. Probably the highest trap Ive ever heard of from a ported eaton. My old ported eaton car never got into the 120s or made a 10 second pass. I think 119 was my best trap in that car.

thanks guys.... nothing has ever been apart on the motor other then the blower getting ported. im in the process of building a motor now for when it lets go. going tomorrow to get heads and crank back from steve barker. cant wait....
