Have you tried to rotate front tires front to back (if they are same size) to see if it changes any

Did it do it with the old wheels and tires? How wide are the new tires? Ive noticed with fairly wide tires on the front they tend to do it more.
The front is a 245 and the rear are 285 and mikey i wish bhaha wont be able to afford much with the baby on the way lol looking at houses now

Does the steering return after a sharp turn? Because if it does normally your rack should be fine

Also just because alignment was done doesn't mean it won't have issues as a lowered mustang. Almost every car I align for members we purposely set different than stock spec especially if its been lowered. And as far as I know noone has issues. Align can be changed and u get great cornering or good high speed stability but u can't typically have both

Also dry or tight ball joints can cause steering return issues to center
I had some goodyear eagles years ago and it was crazy how it would follow the ruts in the highway. Have jon re do the alignment. Just because it was done doesnt mean it was done right. I have had my vette done twice now by the same place and it still has a slight pull to the left.
