As the title says...the black piece that goes over and around the dash cluster that holds the headlight switch etc.513 805 9390 text pics to my number.thanks in advance

Sent ya a pic. I think the one I have is from a '90. I forget what
the differences were ?

the top holes are in a different spots, there a little farther spaced out,

i have the one that came out of my 1993 but i need one from the 90
