Anyone going up to Norwalk Ohio for the NMRA Ford Nationals June 14-16?

Plan on driving up for the day 6/15 early and coming back. Only a 3.5 hour drive. A bit closer than Bowling Green by 45 minutes or so each way.

You bettter book a room in Norwalk last month...they only have one Hampton Inn and it is the place of choice there locally. Otherwise you are booking 30-45 minutes east or west of there. Other mom-pop joints but I know of no other chains in the area unless there might by a comfort select...and when they mean select...they mean select. I always found them hit/miss cketchy when I was traveling. Not my first choice. There is also the fancy resort that is near Sandusky but it is pretty pricey.

We had to stay at a Holiday Inn at Port Clinton last year for the Nationals. it was okay. Everything closer was booked up. Good luck.

we just booked earlier this week at the All American Inn & Suites. It is supposed to be 5 minutes from the track and is on of the NMRA host hotels. This will be my first time running at Norwalk but i've heard nothing but good things. I'm excited, and hope the good luck continues!

Sure wish I could. Already made commitments for that weekend. Was going up Saturday for the day, but forgot about an event on 15 June at the church I had committed to.

Norwalk is an awesome track. Hope everyone has a good time and the Coyotes dominate...

There is so much stuff going on it isn't funny this weekend. I tried getting my Mach together last night and I got it buttoned up till I got to the FRPP hodpins that were to damn short. So I'm off to Jegs to get a longer set and hopefully I can make it tomorrow.

I grew up right around there so I can just hang with family.
