I bought a new set of Billet Atomizers for the heap in hopes of getting the car back on the road last week. Turns out they don't seem to fit...due to a couple reasons...
The injectors were originally hitting the bracket that holds the rails down to the manifold...got that taken care of by just using a dremel and taking a little material off of the brackets..no big deal. Now they still won't line up to the mounts where they meet the rail. The harness clip also hits the rail not allowing it to sit flush on top of the injector...any ideas?? Is there a better set of rails that work with these injectors?? Should i just take the dremel to the rails so the clips allow it to sit flush? Would seem like A LOT of "massaging" of the fuel rails to make it work.

Make sure there's no old O-rings stuck in the rail itself. I've had that happen before. You probably would have noticed if there was one in the intake when you put the injector in place.

Edit. I didn't look close enough at the first pick. It does look like the rail hits the plug itself. No idea there.

What intake are you running? Maybe call Adam I'm running the MRE 235 atomizers with edelbrock rails and supervictor. He installed them see if he had any issues

I'm running the CHP Spyder EFI intake.

I'll look up what you used and see how it compares.
