Hey guys looking for some insight i got my tranny out TOB went bad cant get bolts loose so wondering if there was a way to leave exhaust on?

Yes you do. Its a really tight squeeze. And the trans just won't go back far enough.

Man didnt wanna hear that.tried yesterday to heat bolts and get them to move going to end up breaking

Sre you talking ablout the bolts on the manifolds or between h-pipe and flow tubes?

Lots of penetrating lube and heat, they still might break so be prepared to do more work than expected. That's whats nice about people like me who work on their cars all the time, bolts are never in it long enough to be rusted in place lol.

Liquid wrench, I swear by it. My boss has been using it for 20+ years, drench the bolts front and bacl, let it sit, wait a half hour, go back with heat, then soak some more. If they break then hopefully there's enough threads left to use a stud puller or weld a nut to it.

Thanks guys for the help, thinking about borrowing some kroil from work never seen stuff work like it as far as penetrating fluid

i did manage to snake it back in took about an hour but my problem now is cant find the correct trans mount for the t-45???every parts store around carries the 2784 mount which is not correct .been looking all over anybody got a correct mount number???
