No it's not an LS1 Swap in a Mustang! I'm a Mopar guy so I had a great appreciation for this. This is like the best of both worlds for me

hmm, id rock it. Is it just me, or does 9500 sound pretty cheap for a car thats been restored?

Sadly these days "restoration" and " restored" are loosely used terms. I would guess its had some bondo work and fresh paint. Most Mopars under $10000 these days need restored or are driver quality at best. I would drive the shit out of this car for the money though!

It would be cool to throw that junk engine away and drop in an LS1.

I knew a guy that owned that car at one time. Been a few years but looks like it hadn't changed much. I had a '74 Scamp at the time, and I remember that car being in super nice shape, sounded great and ran great. It was done really nicely. I wanted it!

What's with you man... Quit it with that, you know an ls2 would be better.. LOL

Cool car, bad engine choice.

Hell any GM motor. But a die hard mopar guy would cut your throat for that.

I'd rather see Modern Hemi power in there with the 6 speed slushbox, perfect Power Tour Car.

Nice car. You guys seem to forget the $$$ to get a newer Hemi engine and trans and electronics in a classic. I'm sure the car would be $15k+ if it had that combo in it, without question. That's a cool little cruiser. Throw a blower/cam/heads on it and she'd run well.

I emailed the guy and asked a lot of questions. He didn't seem to know much other than it was a stock 302 with a 5 speed. I'm guessing its a T5. A Power Tour car is exactly what I had in mind. That car would of already sold if it had a 340 in it. My brother is going to check it as a daily driver for the nice months
