anyone here ran a spec stage 2 and a tko 500? I have that setup and my trans rebuilder is saying I need to change it out to a clutch style that does not have springs in the disc to help save syncros.... They clutch has less than 500mis on it and I am less than crazy about replacing it....

Exactly how does no springs save syncros? Unless u have carbon ones its just the brass ones from factory an shift like crap to start at hi rpm. I run a spec 3 w a tko600 w carbon fiber syncros every other tooth cut on blocker an new fingers/rail mv fluid w friction modifier an been shifting like butter @7600
