I was going to go but it's just too cold for the car to hook. I am going to go tomorrow. They said noon to 5 Sunday also.

Yes, referring to the track temps. I have never had any luck getting traction in 45ยบ air.

Man it was nice to get out to the track today!! There was a coupe there that didn't seem to have traction issues.

Thanks, I was as shocked as anyone. I was on my conservative street tune and pump gas. I had just picked up some 102 race gas this morning and didnt want to waste it because I was sure the track would be bad. I wish I had put it in and leaned on it.
Also, got in trouble again for no certified cage.

SCARY!! The new section is real loose. Lane one was horrible, The car would 60' then break the tires loose once it hit the new concrete.
Lane 2 was a lot better. I am sure once more cars go down it will be good.

Is there a bump where the new concrete starts or was the track just loose from no rubber?

No bump, it's very smooth. I think the issue was no rubber down yet.
Glad there is no bump. Never know how replacing a section of track will turn out.
