Well I have laid around like a lump of clay long enough. I'm planning on being at QSL Colerain on 3/24/2013 to eat some wings and kick off the new Spring. Sure would be nice to have 20-30+ loyal car lovers come join in.

The rust is held securly in by bondo. It will be fine.

I tell ya what,Ill let you lead untill the last 100 feet just to make sure nothing falls off. it is held together with some pretty big zip ties ya know.

How are you taking the stripes off ?? Just a heat gun and peel 'em ?? I'm debating doing the same thing....

I used a heat gun and a plastic putty knife to start and then peel while applying heat. Then after the stripes are removed, use 3m adhesive remover for automotive finishes and a 100% cotton cloth to remove any residue left behind. Then you will need to wash and wax the area. You might need to use a light compound before waxing depending on how long your stripes have been on the car. This process takes time and patience

I just found that a car club I joined last month Renegade Custom Car Club is thinking about going to the colerain QSL on the 24th also. They have some mustangs in the club. This should turn out pretty good if SBZ and them can get a good showing.

Brian called me a little bit ago to see if I was going to make the breakfast meeting tomorrow. And he said if not they are thinking about going up there. After he told me the date and it rang a bell and I told him I was going up to meet with SBZ and a bunch of us from SBZ are going to be there. I think they might be going a little earlier. You might wanna make sure Perry knows we will be there around 5. I think Brian said around 2 or 3. Not real sure.

No Perry owns the GT500 2013 grabber blue. He and his brother also own a 2013 ZL1 that was at Cavalcade. Perry works with me. He sent an email Friday night after he found out he mistook the date and time.

I am going to call later this week after seeing a weather report closer to the date to see if we can get them to reserve some parking for us. 10-15 spots if possible. They were cool about doing this for us last fall for the Terminator Cruise.

THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL SBZ CRUISE IN. THE MODS/ADMINS are responsible for arranging those.

This is my attempt to generate activity within the site on an UNOFFICIAL level. It's simply a get together invite. I and hopefully others will offer up the "unofficial SBZ invites" monthly or as participation dictates. The location will change month to month.

Other members have plans on inviting people to unofficial cruises as well. I am looking forward to these events.
