Getting a new Super Duty to go with that?
Wells Cargo Autowagon used to come with the escape door on it from the factory.
Not sure if the new ones do or not. Lot of good buys on craigslist but seems like prices have started boing back up in the last few weeks.

i found the perfect one
a/c, canopy, driver door, cabinets, 7k, went to look at it, 3500lb axles.
build was 4080, what the hell is the point of building a trailer that nice, that can't even carry 3000 lbs. and that's before you add any tools, fuel, etc..
looking to carry a 2500lb car? lol
i'm not seeing much else decent on craigslist.
i've seen some base buckets for $6200 new with 6500lb axles. then there is some really nice stuff for 11600 in a 28 with a/c and everything, i really wasn't wanting to spend that much though
gonna look on racing junk today

I bought my 24' V nose from Hurricane Cargo in GA...about a hour north of SGMP. I got 5200# axles w/ alum wheels, their racer 2 package (rubber floor, vinyl wall/ceilings,cabinets, escape door, lights and electric....about $8200 brand new. Worked well for me last season. If I had to do over again...I'd go with a 36' gooseneck...28' of floor room plus more storage. Not much more $$.

It is a damn nice trailer too. I love my loaded 28ft United UXT but it will hit you for about $13,500 new. I agree, if I had it to do over again the trailer would be way bigger and would require a super duty!

I was looking for a cargo trailer to do some work in Chicago and man I couldn't find anything used that was a deal.
I went to winching my cars in the trailer instead of driving. I'm almost 50 and not the skinniest person in town. The floor in my trailer is also aluminum and if it is at all wet oil, coolant, rain etc the cars wanna slide around pulling in.

the best deal i've seen new "somewhat local" was lawrence motorsports
they have their 28ft with a/c for 11,600, mag wheels, cabinets, etc..
a little more than i'm wanting to spend, but for the right $$...
i've kind of though of something a little bigger with the goosenect too
i have the 5th wheel prep package and can drop a ball in pretty easy.
the truck will tow 15,900 with the ball, should be well under that
12400 off the hitch
the problem is, the more you see nice shit, the more you want, i saw a 48' with living quarters, i'm like, that would be bad ass, but for 38k, pass.....
if i was out of town 15 or so races, it would be worth something like that for the hotels, but 6 or 7, def not

i really want the escape door like this one has
That is a nice trailer for the money. A gooseneck would be nice for the extra storage or put a bed up top if you are going to a track with showers like Norwalk or Bristol.

You will need the ramps for the door to actually clear the bottom of the escape hatch. Winching is so much easier...

I figure that, was thinking about a winch,
that's the best deal i've seen so far for for the options,
