New Gun Store in Mason???

Looks to be a new gun shop in Mason on Tylersville near 42, called Firepower.
Didn't have a chance to stop, just wondering if anyone had been?

They have been open for a couple years. The owner is a Mason police officer. Supposed to be a real nice and knowledgeable guy.

Then I guess it's a good idea he put that sign out by the road because I have been by there many a times and never noticed it until this weekend.

Maybe he is trying for more of a full time operation now. I think I had heard he wad part time before, so that could make sense.

He just expanded he was across the street on 42 and moved next door to lucky dog bar and grill. Good guy to deal with.

I have known Scott all my life, my dad used to be his road sergeant when my dad was on the force. Great guy to deal with, I buy all my guns there. They have Weird hours as of now because most of the people working in there for him are police officers (like Scott) so their hours are to work around there schedules. He will bend over backwards to help you out and to get your return business. If you buy parts for a gun they will install it in the back for you, they do top notch work, they even have a guy that will duracote guns in house. Their prices are right on and cheaper on guns at the time being, I highly recommend them to anyone looking at buying a gun, be it the first time or what ever.

his hours are Monday 9am-1pm Wednesday and Friday 5pm-9pm and Saturday 9am-1am

he had 380 on Saturday, not a whole bunch of it though chad, im going in on Wednesday to pick another gun up :lol: I can check for you

I posted the hours up a few post ago they are not open tomorrow, they open at 5 on Wednesday

Would you mind checking to see if he has a Sig 250 Subcompact in 9mm while you're there??

I'm 99% sure he doesn't, but I will check.


One question for you though, why the 250? Have you felt the triggers on them? It's not one of sigs best hand guns :/
