Now they need to repeal the magazine capacity so we can run beta mags without the fear of prosecution (in Ohio, attaching a magazine, belt or ammo box that holds more than 30+1 in the pipe makes a firearm an "automatic weapon" per this law. It is not illegal to own or posess mag that holds more than 30 as long as it is kept seperate from the firearm that accepts it)

This is voided if you file for the tax stamp for SBR and it comes back. Then you can have any amount you damn well please.

Edit: I should say that goes for any NFA firearms.

Tax stamp for an SBR has nothing to do with the legality of a beta drum in Ohio.

Yep. Part of the stipulations of having a stamp for an SBR or NFA is following all local and state firearms laws. There's been several discussions about this on BFA, general consensus is to NOT be the test case for this.
