Cheap place to get color matched paint

I need to get about a quart of paint to paint a hood and fenders. Going to shoot it myself. You guys know where I can get some decent base coat?This is not a show car by any means so no need to spend top dollar!

If you can locate a smyth automotive paint store they can use a little device that will possibly get it close or even dead on to your existing paint.i took a gas lid to them and they used there decoder device not sure what the proper term is for that device)anyway they checked it and mixed the paint on the spot.they are located in mt carmel...over by eastgate....or some body shops have their own paint mixing setup as well.hope that helps...

Thanks. I have had things color matched there before but their paint is expensive. Like 130 bucks for a pint of red expensive.
