The guy at 0:19 actually has a channel on Youtube were he's doing a mini web series. His name is FreakinRad (http://www.youtube.com/user/freakinrad?feature=watch)
The suits aren't that expensive to make either. You just have to have alot of time and patience to do it. I did one from foam for the local haunted house over here and it stood up pretty well to the beating I gave it. But you can also make them from cardstock or cardboard.
