Anyone ever fab up you own headers? Where did you buy the tubing? Anyone local?

Me and Beercan5.0 did awhile ago. I bought a bend kit offline but forget where. Wasn't that bad if I recall. Worse part was making the flanges by hand from scratch with die grinders lol

Stainless works and spd both sell the bends and flanges. I'm a dealer for both if you need anything.

what are the headers going on. stainless works already has patterns for turbo headers that i sell alot of as well.
big and small block ford / chevy
and all the bends, v bands, etc..
i sell alot of those to the turbo guys

An LS motor in a fox body. I'm sure there are ones out there of you have an endless supply of money but I dont. I already will have a small fortune in this swap.

Might want to get in touch with Zimmer, see where he buys his stuff. I thought he got it off the net somewhere, but haven't talked to him in a while, so I don't know where he might be buying now?

I buy most of my tubing and U- bends from columbia river mandrel bending.com they are by far the best bang for the buck and have a great selection of stainless and mild steel bends. Specialty products design.com or burns stainless.com also are great options but are VERY expensive!!
