Does anyone have a good means or website for finding a good attorney to keep on retainer for emergency situations, disputes, civil matters, possible defense related issues civil or criminal, etc.??

We've never had a need for a lawyer but in this day and age it would be a good idea to have one on retainer for whatever might pop up.

Any input in PM form as to how/who/where for Hamilton County would be appreciated. Thanks.

No idea what he costs, but I'd look into Eric (The Bulldog) Deters.

I personally can't stand the guy but he has had some good results on recent cases

Eric Deters didn't do crap for me on my grandfathers estate except give me a huge bill for nothing.
He was very convincing when he wanted a deposit after that he never did anything.

I would say the best way to find an attorney is grab a block of cheese and go fishing in the sewer

Thanks Josh. Checked the site out and there is nothing there that meets my potential need. Appreciate the tip all the same.

I can tell you it costs at least $500 to evict a tenant. Gave that to my Attorney this AM.

If you're up North (Miami County area), Lopez, Siefert and Pratt are the one's to hire. :bigthumb
