Hey guys, just a quick question on wiring.

I'm getting my taxes back soon and want to button up the 5.0 240sx project and need to get some directions on the wiring harness.

Should I:

1. buy a harness that has all wires marked
2. modify the stock harness (I would need wiring for the alternator)

I am up for suggestions, not really sure where to go from here. I don't have an issue dropping $4-500 on a painless harness if its going to reduce my headaches by a large amount.

If you guys suggest buying a harness, do you know anywhere to get a good one cheaper than painless?

Engine is a 1992 ( I believe as the transmission comes back as a 92 T5 WC )

Im not telling you to drop that much coin on a Painless harness. But the fuse block kit I bought from them was about the easiest wiring I have ever had to do. If you do go the Painless route, you will not be dissapointed.

These guys can convert your harness (send it to them) into a easy to wire harness, especially easy for those of you coming from carbed to F.I.

Less than $200 too.... Cheaper than anything else out there, and guaranteed to work.
