99-04 windsor pi heads

i have a set of widsor pi heads casting ( RF xl3e-6090-CZ0D )i bought and can not use because i have a romeo block heads are complete with cams and are clean $250 or trade for romeo pi heads

I know of an explorer aluminum block that needs machine work. I'm not for certain but I think those heads would work with it.

would rather get rid of heads and get romeo heads since my car has romeo motor and have a romeo short block already will also trade for set of wheels/tires for my car other than 94-95 gt wheels and dont like them thats what i have on it now
