I have a 93 mustang and im contemplating buying a findanza alum flywheel...will it help me or hurt me as far as hp etc...has anyone tested these on the dyno?any input would be greatly appreciated

No clue about dyno numbers but they aren't the greatest for street drivability. They take some getting use to. It's night an day how fast they rev though.

I had a Anderson lightened billet one, unbelievable how fast it reved compared to factory flywheel

As already stated above, the biggest advantage is going to be lightening the rotating resistance. Increased acceleration response makes for better track results.

depends on the car and intended uses.
Underpowered cars can use a heavier flywheel to help launching the car at the dragstrip if you can plant ALL the power. The early gains outweigh the better accel on top end.
If you have traction issues or on street tires, the lighter flywheel my help you launch the car better AND gain a little on top end accel.
If you are doing something like autox or roadracing, lighter is better.
You do have to have a little more finesse letting the clutch out.
Try driving an underpowered Honda with a 7 lb flywheel as a daily, LOL.
