I think there might be a couple good wheels lol. They actually wanted an estimate on this. I wrote $19000 and sent it up wasn't waisting anymore of my time!!

Are you kidding? Why would they need an estimate? Even for legality purposes a picture would suffice I would say.

That's what I thought too. I sent up pics and the tow bill and figured that was good enough and they came back and said please put us an estimate together, needless to say I was a little shocked myself.

I wouldn't even want that back if they actually went through with the repairs.

I saw that today driving by at noon.

Did you hear the wreck yesterday? Some one ran a red light at the intersection in the first pic.

So is it a total? Sorry had to ask that.

We've had cars at the shop that wasn't nearly as bad as this and didn't need to give the insurance company an estimate. Even Progressive as anal as they are have let us slide with no estimates on obvious totals. Sorry to hear you have to waste an hour or two trying to write an estimate for this mess. It'd be easier to tell them what it doesn't need!

Alot of that tow bill was probably clean up . Probably got 125 for the police call and the rest was clean up and supplies . I would like to see a breakdown of that bill . Easier to charge higher prices down in the city , not so easy in wilmington.

Jeeze.... I've heard of z'ing a frame..... didn't think it was supposed to go quite like that! Lol

And, I take it that if an estimate was requested..... the driver survived????

If the driver survived I would be amazed, I grew up in a body shop and seen this my whole life.... its amazing how bad a wreck can be, now think if that was a little POS import car, really would have no idea what it was then...
