Thought I would throw this out there. Thinking of changing directions a bit.
This is the 393 in my car now, can hear run.
Shortblock
It has cast steel 3.85 stroke crank, H beam rods, Probe pistons.
Main studs, Canton style pan and pickup.
.660 lift solid roller NA cam. Also have 720 Lift nitrous cam.
PP balancer, Meizere electric water pump
Top End
Stage II Trick Flow Twisted Wedge
Comp Magnum Rockers
Head Studs
Cometic Gaskets
Edelbrock Super Victor match ported to heads
Have Hooker Super Comps that can go with it.
This engine makes good power and has never been run to it's full potential. I have to kill a bunch of power to run the 7.50 index class.
With the right car, tranny, chassis this could be a mid 6 second NA motor.
Still in the car and can hear run. Here is a vid of the engine after getting it running.
