sounds to me like the rider had a death wish anyways, how can you not agree? No helmet, in the rain,, intoxicated? It doesnt justify a hit and run, but id like to see what injuries were fatal, whether or not they were head injuries. However I still hope this chick gets the maximum sentence, how the hell do you run after killing someone?

Bitch got off light, will be allowed 60 hours a week off tracking due to working, but she'll have the jewelry and a land line to keep track of her. She can get more time off if she attends any programs such as AA if she asks her PO.

Then again we don't know all the details of how the accident happened. If said biker was cutting through traffic like an idiot...well he got the worst end of the deal.

If that biker was standing near an orange barrel wearing a yellow vest she would have got 10 years. I would agree more with the sentence had she not left the scene of the accident. "She has showed remorse the entire time since she turned herself in".... wonder how rough it is at the claypool thanksgiving today.
