Looking for some ideas on some mild suspension mod ideas for the 2013GT.

Running 285/40/18 Nitto 555 street series on the rear (27" tall tire on 9.5" rim) and 235/50/18's up front. 3.31 gear. Manual 6 speed MT-82. Stock 5.0.

Best 60ft in this car 2.000. Consistant 2.05/2.03 last trip to E20 leaving at 2500RPM. Yeah i know I'm burning it up. no point leaving harder when all it will do is spin.

Don't wish spend money on slicks, DR's or another set of wheels. THe pipe dream is to obtain a 1.9 or better on these tires if at all possible.

Suggestions? ASIDE FROM LETTING JACK OR SHANNON DRIVE IT???LOL!!!

I don't think gearing to a 373 or 410 would help on a street tire, and a 3.55 would be pointless.

QA1 rear adjsutables? Fronts? A mild drag spring package? LCA's?

I do not wish to remove front stabilizers or add V6 springs or anything like that either. Just looking for any possible way to do this on street tires.

Thanks for some ideas.

I think adjustable rear shocks, adjustable UCA, LCA, good bushings for the CA, and something up front that will allow for some weight transfer will help. But make sure you dont get a bouncing rear. Just a little squat and weight transfer. Im not a suspension pro so just my .02. Or just buy some slicks. Lol I know thats not what your looking for but that thing will get down with them on it.

Upper and lower control arms are supposed to make a big difference on the Coyotes.

Control arms and some adjustable shocks was what I was thinking as well to create a little better weight transfer. Right now QA1 has front a rea adjustables available. The fronts POING!!!!! But the rears are $170 or so each. I already have BMR rear lowers to put on it that never were put on redfire. They are a direct swap.

Not looking to pull the front wheels but to see a nic 1.8-1.9 on streets without stepping into an FI setup would be nice. Once this is done then I can look into a little more power or gear or both. Thanks.

What about subframe connectors? Any help?

Also just found that Tokiko has full adjustable strut package for under $600.

Jack will prolly split your block and Shannon will prolly rip the shifter off. So dont let them drive your shit lol.

The subframe connectors are not really needed on the 197 chassis. They make good jacking points but our cars are so much stiffer than foxes and sn95.

Shocks and struts are probably going to be your best option now.

...Or leave third gear on the 1/8th mark. :D

If you scroll down to read reason for design. It explains why sub frames are not needed. I didn't have time to link an article earlier.
