01 mustang gt tr3650 with spec aluminum flywheel and stage 2 clutch. Adjustable steeda clutch quadrant, cable and firewall adjuster. Transmission has gotten super hard to get into gear and I assumed needed to adjust cable more. When I took cover off of transmission end of cable a roller bearing about 3/4 inch long and 1/8 diameter fell out. I had throwout go out once before and its ball bearings. Just trying to figure out if i need new clutch kit or whole damn tranny is coming apart. no oil leaking anywhere.

I figured it out. It isn't a bearing. It's one of the dowels for the pressure plate on the flywheel. So I think it shouldn't be a big deal. Thanks for the help
