dzus fasteners

i'm gonna order some of these soon and need some tips as to which ones to use. the hood is a real thin harwood, single layer. going onto a fox. i want to do the weld on backing plates, just not sure what length buttons and springs i need and figure someone who has used them can shed some light. thanks guys!

is that 4 fasteners then? i may be interested, i will look at jegs tonight when i get home. i`m guessing dzus is the style of fastener, not an actual brand...?

I can't see the picture at work, but I believe it is a set of ten fasteners.
