I have a 1987 GT does it use 19# injectors stock? The car is Non-Mass air so can i use or should i use next size & is that 24#?

Yes you have 19# injectors if they are stock (yellow). What mods are you doing for needing 24# injectors?

I may replace mine and wasn't sure which to get, The car only has long tube headers and is non-mass air, so i didn't know if any benifits would come from the next size or not.

Nope, you would actually hurt performance if you went to 24# injectors with only those mods. Also being speed density your car may not run right with that change. You could end up with a surging idle and a lot of wasted fuel.

Alot of work is needed to swap a SD cars injectors. First thing you need to do is swap over to Mass air. It will be the best thing for you.
On a side note: My 89 Coupe,factory 302,Typhoon intake,E-cam,headers and full exhaust did not need new injectors.
