Weld Prostars

Does anyone have one 15x3.5 prostar for a ford? The center broke out of one of mine. May also be interested in a set if the price is right. If not, is it safe to have a good welder fix the one i have? It is on the back of the wheel so it wouldnt have to be perfect but it has to be safe.
