ATV title

I recently bought a ATV from Tennessee the guy down there says they dont notorize titles for them and theyre not even required down there. So he just put his signature on it and gave it to me. I was tired at the time and didnt think to mucb of it but now im wondering if I can transfer it into my name with a Ohio title. Does anyone know anymore about this?

iv bought lots of atv/4wheelers with out titles, i make up a bill of sales - signed by me and him and have it notorized

Trying to get the state permits to ride on state land. Ive looked at the title closer and it has seller signature, Sellers printed name, buyers printed name, buyers signature and price no other places on the title to sign. Also can be transfered up to 4 times before a new title needs requested. rather interesting to see a title like this.
