Ok, so I have my chp 306 and am going to put performer rpm heads on it. It has an f cam and 1.6 rockers.

With just that information, would you run a stock length pushrod or use an adjustable to determine the max length usable? I've heard and read both opinions, so what have you all actually done.

Ok, any idea what length range I should start with? The guy that had the heads before was using 6.250.

Its like 15 bucks for the tool you need. And it was the best 15 bucks I ever spent on a tool that so much info rest's on.
