Need good electrician and septic system contractor on eastside

Does anyone know of a good electrician on the eastside of Cincy?

-I am not able to turn on one of the breakers as all of the smoke detectors in the house start going off. I've replaced all the battery's and I can also hear each detector working when I test them.

I also need someone familiar with residential septic systems that can check out the system in my basement.

-I have a dual grinder pump setup in my basement instead of a sump pump. I thought one of the pumps was bad but they both seem to kick on fine. The alarm goes off everytime the pumps kick on however.
