How to Stop Spam ?

I used one of those people search websites (www.ussearch.com) and have been undulated with Spam ever since.

It's coming from different websites/emails..... It's coming in my Gmail account. Thankfully, Gmail has an awesome Spam filter and is cathing 99% of it and filtering it to my Spam folder.

Ideas ?

There'a a free program that works pretty well. It's called Spamfighter. They will try to get you to upgrade to their Pro level, but the free level will help.

i've had the same email address for years, i literally get 2-5 spam emails every minute of the day anymore

very annoying,

the problem is, if you don't sift em, sometimes good emails do get lumped in
