Only difference is the rear defrost button. If your car doesn't have the huge defrost button on the left, it'll fit. I thought it was gone by 99.

You could buy it outright from me it would still work for a 94-04 car. It has a recessed spot that you could trim out for the defrost switch. I just wont take a trade for a stock one that has the switch hole in it.
