What kind of techs are you looking for?
What task are you looking for them to be able to perform?

Not looking for necessarily master techs but. Brakes and suspension ase are a must. Service techs do alignments, brakes, suspension, oil changes, fluid maintenance, most stores moving into some diagnostics mostly depends on tech and managers capabilities but mostly same day services. Company pays flat hourly plus tiered 10 to 20 percent comission. Techs make what they want to basically some are making 30 others 80 a year. 52 plus hours a week

This is a good company to work for. I have been working at there Western Hills location since 1998 as a service tech.

Too bad its not part-time. Im kind of looking for some extra money a few days a week. I dont have any schooling but I can do most of that stuff. Hands on training.I do all my own work on my Cobra. Except machine work. I work full-time for a local city and I worked in mechanic shop for 7yrs working on cop cars and Ford trucks. They just opened a store here in Newport. Looks like they are doing pretty good.
