Motion Pro makes this carb 'screwdriver' for motorcycles, but it has many other uses. It has a geared 90 degree driver that holds 1/4" hex bits. The handle rotates the gears to turn the hex bit.

Any gearhead that does his own work could use one of these. I want one!

I have a ratchet very similar to that. can't apply very much torque, but it can be useful in those tight spots!
