97-98 have a unique intake to go with the b heads so you need a charger for a 97-98 only

Not one made for a b headed car. I had all these issues with my Mark 8 and it was easiest to sell it and buy something else

Intercooler is the key word either way you go. Good luck.

I know u can make the eaton m112 work on mine but you have to change a few things to get it to work...kenne bell also makes 1 and thats the 1 i was looking at theres 1 on craigslist in indianapolis but guy doesnt know which size it is but i think its a 1.8

Kennebell is a good choice as well. Never used them and keep forgetting about them (brain freeze). They are pretty efficient. Just remember - INTERCOOL IT! Don't go cheap. You'll regret it. I almost went that way on a Vortech setup non-intercooled. Was saving 2K centri NIC setup V twin screw IC setup. Was glad I changed my mind the day I went to have it installed, both on going twin screw and going intercooled. The extra money for what it may cost is well worth it IMO.

Id stay away from that kenny Bell. Cars just dont make good power with them. If I was to do a blower it would prolly be a Novi2000

The Kenne Bell is not intercooled for our cars. People complain of heat soak. Not sure what you have planned street or strip. I am trying to make the same decision as you are. After doing some research, I am leaning toward the Procharger or Vortech. As Red fire said intercooled is the way to go.

If your going turbo talk to zimmers and see how much he will charge, he can make you a quality turbo kit

If you buy that kit from on get the upgraded turbo.

on3, get the forward facing/front mount, whatever its called turbo. They have revised the kit on the 03-04 4vs, hopefully the 96-98s too. They have stepped up the quality and you cannot build a kit cheaper yourself. There will probably be some very minor parts you need, but it is a great bang for your buck with lots of potential. As said,, get the upgraded turbo.
Also, be aware you have to run a specific K member.

Damn thats a good deal...actually i might have to get that off of u even if i dont turbo my car...with my long tube headers to do anything to the motor or tranny u have to pull em both at the same time and with the tubular i can reach my header bolts from the bottom :)
