I have Verizon and live out in the sticks of NW Ohio. Service in the house sucks. I keep them for the customer service (I rarely need it, but when I do it's fairly pleasant) and the discount I get from my employer.

Dont go with AT&T.... They rob you blind and you dont get jack shit. I pay $20 per month per phone for just 200mb of data. You go over that and its another $15 added to the $20 even if its 1kb over....

As soon as my contract is up Im going back to Cricket for sure. Unlimited everything for $55 a month and I didnt have one problem with them other than their Customer Service and you get that with any Carrier these days.

I have had t-mobile for years and never had any problems. I have 3 phones completely unlimited everything and it costs me right of $150 a month. All have smart phones.

I have Verizon - two phone lines and 500 minutes (no text, no email, no internet). Call anywhere plan, free nights, weekends, and unlimited in network calling. Final montly bill for both phones (if we don't go over which is seldom to never) $69 all fees included. Never had an issue they didn't resolve (had one major and it was taken care of pronto).

Only minus - They like everyone are pushing data phones which I have no interest in. I prefer internet and emails on a 17" screen, not a 3-4" screen. Therefore no nice basic (feature phones they call them) phones since they killed the Razr and the Razr II.

AT&T...30 per month, unlimited data. I hate to pay that, but I hate to give up the unlimited because you can't get it back.

I have 4 phones on my account. I have never used customer support, I always use the website, so that isn't an issue.

My oldest daughter has verizon, service is very spooty compared to AT&T IMO. She doesn't have service at her moms house (Eastgate) and has problems sometimes at my house. (Eastgate). Just my observation. They are all going to rape you, or give you a cheap rate with less coverage.

I've had ATT for years. Decent quality service. A bit pricey, but the big boys always are.

BIG TIP to keep data usage LOW is to use WI-FI connections to download all your data.

I keep my backround services OFF all the time. Just turn it on when I have access to my Wi-Fi. Very satisfied.

Cincinnati bell sucks in everyway.
Weigh your options. If you have a smart phone and use data. Sprint currently has the only true unlimited plan. You can you your phone as a hotspot, stream netflix, download anything at no additional cost.
Other providers claim unlimited plans. However I will tell you that they all have a data cap. Normally starting at 2,3gb per month and 5cents per kilobyte over that..
Sprint also has the galaxy gs2 on a new contract deal. Dual core processor. Amolded hd screen. 8.0mp camera and the best phone next to the note and gs3 coming next year. O yea did I mention their 4g service is faster than my high speed at home.. :)
