Now with big bird in stable and no garage its time to part with the lincoln.
Replaced the headgasket and its back at my house now.
160xxx miles roughly cluster was swapped back and forth.
Still on factory functional air ride, 6 way power leather interior. Factory 5 lug disc with abs for those that arent familiar with the cars. First vehicle in USA with standard abs. Dark cabarnet red actually only 2 built that year technically. 3rd owner been a daily driver for 2 older people prior to my purchase 4 years ago.
Vortech v2 with 13lbs @ 5900 with power pipe
Ported gt40 iron heads (flowed within 5 cfm of afr heads)
Port matched and lower ported gt40 (explorer intake) exterior polished
1.7 cobra roller rockers with stock cam
Powder coated valve covers/sc pipe/ brackets
Polished pulleys
42lb venom injectors, adjustable fpr
accel 300+ plug wires
Megasquirt stand alone fuel management system
E-machine laptop with software for tuning the megasquirt
Megasquirt has the eec adaptor, so factory wiring is intact, it ties in through an empty a9l.
255 fuel pump in tank. (created access plate from trunk)
Fms ceramic shorty headers, o-road h-pipe, magnaflow dumps
3g alternator upgrade
smog delete
tremec 3550 with tko upgrades 26 spline
mcleod scattershield
centerforce pressure plate w/ spec 3 disc
steeda triax short throw with hurst pistol grip shifter
Autometer volt/oil/tach(combo led shift light)
AEM wideband with guage
Rear end 3.73 with cobra trac loc
Double adjustable solid upper control arms
Poly bushings for the rest
17" bullet wheels with 245/45/17 fronts 275/40/17 rears
Bad:
Car has spent most its life outside. Has lower body panel rust spots. Subframe rails ect are solid tho. Seats are aged and spliting on edges. Cruise is no longer functional due to the SC. Heater is functional but currently bypassed. Abs light has came on before I parked it so it's disabled. Has some minor leaks. Needs a battery, can start and run but wont hold long charge. Probably replacing by time I sell. Has KY tags/title currently.
