View Full Version : Need a mortgage company that deals with HARP loans
Any suggestions? I am looking to refinance, but hit a snag with the current company I am working with (issue is completely outside of my control). Looking to try another company that might work with more banks. Anyone have luck with someone local?

My advice is find a credit union to work with and avoid mortgage brokers. You will likely get better rates and lower fees.
I tried but credit unions do not deal in harp loans, which is likely the only avenue I can pursue, as my house is maybe worth what I owe, no more.

Try Shawna Doherty at 513-744-4585. She works out of Blue Ash. We got our home loan through Franklin. She is knowledgeable in many situations.

I just happened to notice right on Wright Patt Credit Union's opening page "let us help with HARP." Their rates are among the best out there and I know they are expanding south in Hamilton Counthy.
