Tie rod or steering rack?

While under the car I found that my passenger side tire moves left to right without turning the steering wheel. The outer tie rod feels fine but I'm not for sure if its the inner tie rod or the rack that is messed up. I haven't taken off the boot to find out if it is either due to running out of daylight. Any way to tell or will I just have to wait till I take off the boot?

Have someone shake it while uour. Hand is on inner should ferl it but sounds like inner

Inner tie rod is most probable. Check your the ball joints and connection points as well.
