flywheel questions

Putting on a new clutch and I'vebeen advised to get the fly wheel turned but it's going to take seveal hours to get done and i dont believe i have the proper tools to take it off. Can i run the flywheel as is? It does have some heat spots Im quckly running out of time and resources.

You hold the front crank bolt with a socket wrench and unbolt the flywheel. If I had time I would stop up to help,but I lost the fuel pump in my car.
