I told my wife a month ago about the Stangbangerz cruise and then she comes to me yesterday and says "I scheduled us to go to a Foster Parent Banquet Sunday so don't plan anything" ......... :mad:UUUUUGGGGGGHHHHHH:mad:

What the hell, I have been talking about going to the cruize everyday for the last week and telling her that I was wanting to go and when it was. She simply don't actually listen to what I say.....

Sorry I just had to rant about my current frustration!!!!!

So next weekend you tell her "I scheduled us for bracket racing on Sunday so don't plan anything".

Ah-ha! see you gave her a loop hole. You said you "were wanting to go" in lieu of "The cruise in is May 20th and I will be going." They're like lawyers. They look for the weak link in your statement and then mamipulate it.

There is always the "standing your ground" approach. May put you on the couch for 2-3 weeks, so determine if its worth.

OR come out later in the day to and then cruise over to the QSL cruise in with us afterward at 4:30pm.

I slept better on the couch anyway.

Don't plan it, just do it. I'll go hook the boat up and walk in the house look at her, " I'm going fishing be back in alittle while" I'll get a but we have plans, then a simple response of "Sorry got boat hooked up ready to go. Be back later" Then go. They get over it.

Yep, just go! It's easier to ask forgiveness than it is to ask permission!

Smarter man: Stay off the couch, put an X on this amazing new time management thing called...a calendar!! Most women live by it. Stand your ground, but don't be disrespectful. Expect the same in return, it's a two way street.

Typical woman WTF!!!

No such thing as a two way street. Its all about a woman being in control of a man. If you let her do it, its your fault.

Learned along time ago nothing is worth more than life long friends an family. No woman, job, or anything else
