Tomorrow is "All Out Day"
The Ohio State Highway Patrol will be conducting an “All Out Day” on May 18, in which all sworn officers from all ranks will be patrolling Ohio roads in an effort to reduce fatal and injury crashes. The initiative, which serves as a high visibility enforcement effort, is not only a deterrent for crash causing violations, but also calls attention to dangerous driving behaviors.
With the onset of warm weather and an increase in fatalities, it is more important than ever to make sure motorists are keeping their eyes on the road, wearing their safety belts and never driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

Sounds more like "fill our budget shortfall" day.
Nothing more than armed meter maids.

I spotted a new silver Charger belonging to the Highway Patrol today. You really had to look close to see it was a patrol car. The light bar is super low profile and the logo on the doors seemed to blend in a lot better than on the white Crown Vic's.

So they have gone back to that silver gray color after switching to white. I thought the reason they went back to white was because they weren't being seen and getting hit.

It's a light silver. I don't think it's any less visible than the white.

Set cruise control on 70, with speedo error I'm doing 68 mph via my GPS, I don't hit the brakes when I see the cops like all the idiots.
Yesterday a lifted Ford pickup who was riding my ass even though the fast lane was wide open. Headed down the hill a OSP Bike cop was against the inside wall. The other driver hit the throttle and passed me never seeing the cop. 80+ mph in a 65 mph zone.
I honked and waved as I went by, sucker!
