looking for advice on wheels

92 4 lug and staying 4 lug. What tire size should I go with and anyone have any ideas for someting that would look good on my car. I want as wide as I can get in the back without rubbing. Would like to buy some wheels and tires and bolt them on. If you happen to have something for sale let me know that too. The car they are going on is the one in my sig. its a 92 calypso lx.

You need to go over to corral and look up some of their fox body pic threads. There are literally thousands of pics to see of every color car with about every wheel you can imagine. You won't have a ton of choices if you are staying 4 lug other than your typical drag wheels or any of the replica wheels.

I would like to go 5 lug but it would only be for looks and the axles on my car aren't stock. the car came with aftermarket ones but I don't want to trash expensive parts to look different.

i have tsw wheels on mine and there 4 lug 17x40 i cant remember the last number but i should have went bigger on the tire.

Honestly Sean Id just 5 lug it man. Sell your axles to jk up there and buy the same ones in 5 lug. Then you can pick any wheel under the sun for it.

Check out the 10th anniversary wheels (in 4 lug) for your car @ American Muscle. I have searched google and found one 92 fox with a set of wheels similar. at work so computer won't let me paste it.

They have them in chrome, anthracite, black. May be an option.

Ok thats a vaild point. I'm running my stockers on the back for now since my truck trans is dead. Soon as thats fixed, the 17x10.5's w/ the bald-assed Nittos are going back on

Most guys will run a 245/45 on the front with a 17x8 wheel and then around a 275/40 on the rear w/ a 10" wide wheel. Could possibly go a little wider on the rear tire but honestly unless you can get the stance/back space just right going much wider they usually start sticking out
