2000 mustang gt

i have a 2000 mustang gt that i need help figuring out whats up with it. my buddy had it he said it ran but would not shift its a auto tranny, he traded it off and a guy put a different computer in it cause someone told him it had the wrong computer. i got it now and it wont start at all and the security is flashing and it just cranks over but wont start. can anyone help me figure out the problem? or have any ideas on whats up? im not on here much so please if you have any ideas please just text me at 740-648-9958 my name is ryan and if you text me just tell me that its bout my mustang ok. thanks
