Intake question

My buddy has a trickflow streetheat intake and he has to pull it off to put in the baffle in the lower intake. Is the lower gasket the same as a factory ford one? I would think it is since it is bolting up to the factory heads.

It is the same essentially, I know the ports on track heat were slightly larger but not too large that a stock gasket didn't cover them.

I thought the baffle goes in from the top? or are you talking about the metal piece that is pinned on the bottom.

yeah the thin metal that is pop rivited to the bottom. I have no idea why it was taken off in the first place but it causes major oil spitting when the car goes under boost and blows out the pcv valve.

oh ok i have a tf street heat on my coupe and i used stock gaskets
