Any idea how a 275/60 fits on an 8 inch rim? I am going to need a 28" tire for the street with the short gears that's going to end up in the car.

They will fit ok....little bulge in the sidewall.

yes a little tread, they have quite a bit of life left. They are looking kind of bald but can still see some tread lines
