Reminds me of the late 90's when what became the Probe was actually destined to be the next Mustang. An outcry from the enthusasts laid cause for the continuation of the muscle car look.

That's the Evos concept. Nobody has ever said that'll be the next Mustang, especially Ford. He mentions that in the 2nd to last paragraph. The guy writing the article is just speculating- and pulling this "next mustang" idea right out of his ass.

Looks like it should be a sports additon to the Lincoln Fleet. Put it in the class with the performance luxury sedans like hte CTS-v Cadillac. The look has no place in the American Muscle Car genre. Thats my 0.02.
