I have apparently been handed the task of organizing this event unnofficially. While I am awaiting some feedback from moderators asto the power and extent in which I can run with this the first poll question I have is which day a Saturday or a Sunday? Please use the next 7 days to respond. I will then post a poll for dates and take suggestion. I want to assure that the event will be attended without distraction (if possible) from other events. Thanks. Sorry this is such short notice.
Issues such as where,when,t-shirts,decals, are also being looked into and I am awaiting these answers from the SR folks of the site.

I'm cool w/ either day but prefer sundays more.... gives me time to clean my car lol ( like that ever happens ) but at the same time, I get to be lazy Sunday after the event, if on a saturday. Doesn't matter to me.

We could host it here at Easy Street and incorporate a dyno day with the event. Any thoughts?

Early in the day Sunday would be good in my opinion. That gives the people who have long drives the afternoon to get home at a decent time. Also allows any 3rd shift people who go in Sunday night to be involved . Midday Saturday into Early evening wouldn't be bad either. Location of the event changes what day is best also. What venue are you considering at this point ?

NOt sure a this point. Just got handed this project unnofficially today so am looking frist for best day then will use this data along with scheduled race events to select a date/rain date that will conflict least with big events that would deter people from coming.

I said Sunday but only because my son has baseball games every saturday for the next couple months. I never miss his games.
