We finally broke the 4 digit mark on the dyno wed night.
We burned to about 10:30 at The doghouse and hit 1003 rwhp with the car. Up from 960 last time.
The best thing was it made 1027, but was correcting down to 1003. So it wasn't like it "pushed" me over correcting up! ;)
We were dialing in the new MAF and f/p regulator.
First pass in ATL, went a 9.44@147. Down a little from FL, but it was hotter so I was happy. Ken updated my tune, and the air was even worse, and we busted out a new best of 9.30@149.35. NMRA told me I needed to slow it down since i'm good for 10.0's.
They are going to let me make one hit in the morning in the good air to try to beat the Auto 5.0 record, currently @ 9.24. The cool thing that car had the same blower i do, plus a direct port nitrous setup, and full slicks. We are hoping to beat it with just the blower, and drag radials.
In addition, I just laid down a .002 reaction time in truck and lighting! Should be at the top of the ladder for eliminations unless someone can do a .001 or 000 tomorrow!
